Our Genuine Volkswagen Scirocco Key Tumbler Wafers are now available for you to rekey your Mk1 or Mk2 Scirocco to match your ignition key. These tumbler wafers work in the tumblers for your Sciroccos door lock, trunk lock and fuel tank cap lock. These are VB & AH series locks.
May fit other VWs, such as Mk2 Golf Jetta, Fox, Quantum, etc.
Tumblers prices are Qty 1 = 1 tumbler wafer

We will make a video on how to rekey your Scirocco Key Tumbler one day. In the meantime here is the best way to figure out what numbers you need is to do the the following.
Note. Each tumbler wafer has a spring. Do not lose these. If you do, you can purchase them through us. Also, please make note of the tumbler order when removing them, just in case you need to use the new key and tumbler again.
- Remove the lock tumbler.
- Remove all the tumbler wafers. (make a note of the order and keep them in order)
- Insert any wafer into slot #1.
- Insert your new key.
- If the wafer is not flush, swap another wafer out and test it again.
- If the wafer is correct will be flush on both sides of the cylinder and will allow the cylinder to rotate. Make a note of the wafer number that is in slot #1.
- Once you figure out slot #1. Continue on to #2 and repeat process 3-6.
Once you get the hang this process will move faster. You may even be able read the key by sight by the end of this process. Most of the time you can reuse some of the wafers. However often you will need an extra one or two since you will probably not have all the combinations to rekey it all the way.
