Add your Scirocco For Sale to the WCR site. Just upload your photos. Fill out the information for your car. Then once we get your order we will post your photos and info for sale on our site.
Selling Information
- There is a $75 fee to post a vehicle for sale, then a 5% or $225 commission if we sell your Scirocco. Whichever is higher.
If Your Scirocco Does Not Sell:
- If your Scirocco does not sell on our site, you would like to remove it for sale, or you sell your Scirocco yourself, the $75 posting fee is non refundable.
If Your Scirocco Sells:
- We will transfer the money via paypal or venmo, minute the 5% or $225 additional commission fee. We will transfer the money the same business day for Paypal (friends and family) or within 2 days for Venmo multiple transfers may be nessesary depending on the sell price.
- Sellers: We will transfer all the buyers contact information directly to you within 1 business day. It is your responsibility to contact the buyer.
- Buyers: We will transfer all the sellers contact information directly to you within 1 business day. It is your responsibility to contact the seller as well.

By using this service, all users (buyers and sellers) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Vehicle Inspection and Liability
- No Inspection: West Coast Roccos does not inspect, certify, or verify the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed for sale. Any information provided regarding a vehicle is solely based on the representations made by the seller.
- No Liability: West Coast Roccos is not liable for any vehicle in any way, shape, or form. This includes, but is not limited to, the mechanical condition, safety, performance, accuracy of description, title status, or any damages, losses, or injuries (direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental) arising from the purchase, sale, or use of any vehicle facilitated through this service.
“AS-IS” and Warranty
- “AS-IS” Sale: All vehicles are sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” with all faults. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the vehicle rests with the buyer.
- No Warranty: West Coast Roccos makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any warranty, if offered, is solely between the seller and the buyer and must be expressly and clearly described by the seller in writing.
Final Transactions and Due Diligence
- Final Transactions: All transactions are final. Once a sale is completed, West Coast Roccos will not mediate, reverse, or be liable for any disputes or issues that may arise between the buyer and seller.
- Buyer and Seller Responsibility (Due Diligence): It is the sole responsibility of both the buyer and the seller to perform their own independent due diligence and investigation prior to completing any transaction. Buyers are strongly encouraged to obtain an independent, professional vehicle inspection before purchase. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of a used vehicle.
