Description
Our Poly Engine Mount Isolators are made from thermoplastic polyurethane. These isolators are no longer available form any OEM or OES manufacture. So we decided to make them in house. We 3d print each isolator on a highly modified dedicated polyurethane printer. The Engine Mount Isolators have a temperature range up to 365-385Āŗf / 185-220Āŗc, so they will withstand your engine temperatures without any issues.
Our Isolators will prevent damage to your chassis mounts and provide better protection. This will detour the engine mount from moving too much. There is less compressor when the engine rocks backwards and forwards, thus providing better clutch engagement.
Engine mount is not included.
The special material we use, has a durometer rating of 75 Shore A hardness. Slightly harder than the OEM part.
These are the 16v version, but fit both Mk1 and Mk2 Sciroccos, 8v & 16v engines.
