Oil Pan Baffles

Oil Pan Baffle for 8v & 16v. These German made baffles are also known as a windage tray. For example, this will fit all Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 – 4 cylinder 8v & 16v engines. These will both seal the oil pan, so no need for a gasket as it has one built in. Here is the link to those.

WCR upgraded hex head headlight adjuster screw are for you Mk2 Scirocco European headlight. These replace your philips head – rusty stripped adjusters – with 4mm hex head adjusters. These were designed in house and manufactured for West Coast Roccos per Genuine OEM spec Scirocco European Headlight Adjuster Screws.

These screws have a 4mm hex ball end, that allows you to adjust your European Headlights with a solid adjusting tool. No more philips head screwdrivers. No more slipping off or stripping the adjuster head. These custom adjuster screws are zinc and yellow cadmium plated, which will prevent rust over long periods of time.

These are available with the headlight adjuster screw kit only, or as a complete kit with adjuster clips. Each kit is per headlight, so if you need them for the engine vehicle, order a Qty of 2.

Late Mk2 Scirocco Fuse Box

Here is a quick diagnostic tip for scirocco crank no start situations. Remove the fuel pump relay from your fuse box. Make a jumper wire with a male spade on either end of a 12-14 gauge wire. Put the jumper in the slots with the terminal that is opposite from the others (14) and the one directly across from that (13). This is the power to turn the fuel pump on and off for this relay. (see the Mk2 diagram) Mk1 relays are above that location and have the identical pin out.

Once you have this plugged in, you should hear the fump pump turn on. Crank the engine over right away or else it will flood the engine.

Mk1 & Early Mk2 Example. * Remove the relay on the bypass connection panel on top of the fuse box. The pin out looks the same as the late Mk2 diagram above.
